about Dr. Kuzel

Dr. Paul Kuzel is a board certified dermatologist and a medical director of Rejuvenation Dermatology, a national network of premiere dermatology clinics. He is a leading specialist in the field of aesthetics and skin health, renowned for his medical expertise and for his signature, natural approach to facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Kuzel is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacology, a medical doctorate and his dermatology residency. Dr. Kuzel has since established himself as one of the most sought-after cosmetic and medical dermatology specialists in the province.

To date, Dr. Kuzel has received more than a dozen major academic, research and leadership awards for his work. He has served as Chief Resident of the Dermatology residency program at the University of Alberta and held the highest elected resident position with the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA), serving as co-chair of the CDA’s Residents and Fellows Society.

Dr. Kuzel’s medical research on melanoma and squamous cell and basal cell carcinoma is featured in numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and textbooks. He has presented his findings at dermatology events around the world. Dr. Kuzel regularly leads clinical trials, investigating cutting-edge new therapies for a variety of dermatologic indications.

Dr. Kuzel has a strong interest in laser and aesthetic dermatology and has trained with some of North America’s foremost experts in these areas. Through his expertise, his natural eye for aesthetic balance, and his personalized approach, Dr. Kuzel helps his patients to enhance their appearance with tasteful, natural-looking results.

Dr. Kuzel lives in Calgary, Alberta with his wife and daughter.
